CONTRACTING SERVICES

Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated is dedicated to providing opportunities that deliver quality outcomes for cultural, social, economical and educational capability for Kahungunu whanau/hapu/iwi.

From time to time and as needed, Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated will enter into contractual agreements with organisations and/or individuals to provide a service to help the iwi meet its strategic objectives.

Individuals or organisations interested in providing a 'Contract for Service' are encouraged to fill out the 'Provider Registration Form' and return it to the iwi office for further processing.

What happens to the information?

The 'Provider Registration Form' is received at the iwi office. The information is entered into a 'Providers List' Database. This database of providers allows the iwi to have a varied network of Providers who may provide contracts for the iwi.

Privacy of information

The information supplied is confidential within the terms of the Privacy Act 1993, and is used for the lawful use by Boards and Management of Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated when considering Contract for Services.

Any additional documentation including individual/company/organizational profile information should be submitted at the same time.

Click here to download the form. It needs to be printed off and either faxed or posted into the iwi office. You will received a receipt of your form within seven working days of receiving your form at the iwi office.
