local Taiwhenua and National / Internationl groups.

The organisation is governed by a board or representatives from the 6 areas within the Kahungunu rohe, 2 representatives from the taurahere areas, a kaumatua representative and a chairman. The board members are elected into their positions and meet regularly to correlate iwi matters. The board is governed by a constitution.
