The affordable rental property programme is the first initiative to house iwi members. The following objectives will inform our criteria:

AFFORDABLE RENTALS IN ŌTANE - KAHUNGUNU KAINGA

  • This initiative focuses on providing affordable rentals, (not social housing) to support whānau seeking quality homes at fair rates.

  • ​The site features a range of options to suit your needs, including six 2-bedroom homes, eight 3-bedroom homes, and six 4-bedroom homes.

  • Tenancy move-in dates are set to begin in early March, so don’t miss this opportunity!
