An introduction to the Kahungunu Asset Holding Company. Director Mike Devonshire shared some of the new investment opportunities being looked at.

Decision papers discussed and motions made to carry through on the following:

Proposal for required changes to our current Constitution due to the changes in legislation.

Acceptance of the 2025 Scholarship report to allow for payment progression to 98 general and 3 research iwi tauira scholarship recipients.

Approval to pursue by law amendment to support customary fire practices for cultural and ceremonial practices.

Proposed sanctioning of the NKII Election Process as outlined in the constitution.

Approval to distribute TPK funding for Matariki events in the Takitimu Region.

Funding Resolution Endorsement allowing the iwi to apply for funds to run our events.

Vision Review - KAHUNGUNU2050 and our hikoi to each Taiwhenua and Taurahere during June and July.
