Purpose

Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Incorporated supports activities that enhance whānau wellbeing. The Smart Services team is a dynamic group of individuals who work well together to ensure that all iwi activities are planned, lead, organised, communicated, and managed in an efficient way.

• Establish a professional corporate services unit to support the functions of our organisation and Board

• Develop and implement a robust, open and transparent financial reporting system

• Audit and implement a secure network and ICT strategy to enable onsite and offsite update, storage and backup

• Audit, develop and implement a network of databases encompassing digitisation of resources and historical documents

• Support and develop NKII events and activities building toward being financially self-sustaining

• Grow and develop the level of benefits offered to our members on an annual basis

• Implement the communications and registrations strategy to develop capacity building and membership, rohe/motu wide
